1. Always be punctual - late arrivals should enter the dojo quietly and wait for the instructors permission to join the main class.
2. Toe and fingers nails should be kept short at all times - to avoid injury to others.
3. It is the responsibility of the lower grade to make sure that the dojo is fit to train in, ie. tidy, clean floor....
4. Always bow (Rei) to the instructor and other students when seeing them first time & departure.
5. Always bow upon entering & leaving the dojo the bow before & after leaving the class.
6. Always bow after the instructor has explained something.
7. Always be polite and courteous to others students and extend this outside dojo.
8. Endeavor to learn the dojo kun and incorporate it into your life. |
